Wtf is this about?

Let's get an overview what is this volunteering stuff about. As you can see, the title says: Sustain*(Health+Art) and there is two of us, as volunteers. We share the tasks and will have different things to do, however we work for the same vision: promote sustainability.

Juli - Sustain Art

I'm responsible for the ART part int he project. What does it mean? With a working group (under my leadership) we will promote sustainable development and/with arts. As long as we will base our work on young people and on some peer-to-peer education, this all is also about the support for young people, about encouraging, volunteering and raising awareness. One of my tasks is about to collect works of art to have a base for exhibitions and Street Art projects. We also intend to mobilize young people with artistic background to assist in the work and to work cooperatively. Plus to sum it up, all the information gathered will be used for further work and shared as widely as possible. Sooo guys, wish me luck for this great work! ;)

Ingunn - Sustain Health

And so here comes the healt-part of the fancy project title.

"Sustain health" means that we will raise awareness of the link between unsustainable development and growing health problems in the world, and what we can do to stop this development.

The project will result in peer-to-peer workshops and different information material for young people who wants to get involved with the topic.

Let's save the world, people!:-)
